The Digital Tea Party
Tent Digital / London Desin Week
Shroomstudio collaboration with lighting design pioneers, Creatmosphere and audio architect, Experimenter en Couleur. The winning proposal was chosen as one of ten installation spaces, specially commission to create a unique installation for London Design week at Tent London, F block in the Truman Brewery. Complex interactive scripting and video cameras controlled the lighting, soundscape and digital wallpaper of a room through interaction and object recognition with visual barcodes on the bottom of ordinary tea cups. This high profile event drew 45,000 visitors over 3 days, while the Digital Tea Party gathered interest from galleries, museums, broadcasters & events organisations.

V&A Museum
Unique Audio Visual Live performance in the Raphael Room at the V&A. with Experiementer en Couleur to celebrate the opening of the Da Vinci Exhibition as part of Friday Late. With an open brief we described a synthetic version of the processes of evolution using live microscopy, bacteria, insects, crystal growth & live generative graphics and granular audio synthesis. Two 40 minute performances were conducted as unique versions of the event. See event section for more live projects

Live video-art installation at Shoreditch Studios using microscope video camera and living microscopic samples with a spherical projection screen for the launch party of Rooms Art Uncovered magazine featuring international art uncovered alongside established artists, The launch party feautred live Graffitt, and painting, visuals by Quaoyla and live music by Bit-Phalanx.

Candy Lo concert

Stage graphics by Shroomstudio for Onedotzero /Candy Lo, Chinese pop performer /artist. The concert was the first opportunity for Onedotzero & Shroomstudio's to design for China' s music industry. The brief was simply executed to the music tracks with a few words, futurism and art deco, jazz. The results of abstract flowing designs were well received in Shanghai for the debut concert on Candy's tour.
