The Key Message

Crossrail and tube upgrades, cycling superhighways across the city, plans for the building of 100,000’s of new homes and big projects like the re-development of Royal Docks; a major new deep water port in the Thames Estuary and ambitious plans to re-develop large areas with new communities. Voice over by Boris Johnson. Commissioned by the GLA.

The short film uses a stylised illustrated design to describe a bright and lively future London in the year 2020, where there are many green spaces, lots of new homes and a much improved public transport infrastructure with tube extensions, including cycling superhighways.
